We were able to go home to Idaho and Utah for Christmas this year. We thought we would make one more trip before Samuel turns two and we have to start paying for a ticket for him. We had a great time. Samuel got to play with most of his cousins...he has over fifty...and his Grandparents. We enjoyed being with family and celebrating the holiday. I don't know why I didn't take more pictures throughout our trip but here are some of the best from Christmas morning.

Samuel was funny about opening presents. He would open one or two and completely lose interest. We ended up opening most of them for him. He did enjoy playing with the toys once they were out of the wrapping though.
The best part of Christmas was the Nativity Play on Christmas eve. My brother and his wife were blessed with a baby boy a few days before Christmas. He made the perfect baby Jesus and the kids looks so cute in their costumes. It was my favorite nativity play ever. Can you believe I didn't get a picture!

One of the fun things about going home is meeting up with old friends. It was great to see friends of ours in Salt Lake, Logan, and Blackfoot. I was able to get together with some old roommates in Logan. With all of us spread out between four states this was a rare occasion. It was so fun to catch up and be together. I love these girls! We have such funny memories!
